Rogue Company - Chimera Interior

Matt Demaray and I started the task for a Rouge dropship around an aesthetic we called “military chic”. Using a combination of Gravity Sketch VR, Blender, Fusion 360, and Adobe Photoshop, I created the concepts from which a small group built the interior. It was a pleasure working very closely with Matt Demaray and Willson Green-Beach to bring life to this space! I'm thrilled with the outcome!

Initial Concepts - the initial interior was more military and utilitarian. Blocked a lot of this out in VR to start, before moving to Blender and Fusion 360 prior to linework callouts. The initial direction was more utilitarian and military inspired.

As the primary function of the Chimera was delivery of Rogue Company assets, the chairs were thus the 'hero' of the interior. Several variations honoring differing themes were played around with what I began to call 'military chic'

Midway through concepting, we realized the look was too militaristic -we watned the space to feel more comfortable and executive so as to match our characters. Updated version on the left after redesigning the chair

The chair was redesigned away from utility and more toward comfort and class. Once designed, the rest of the interior would follow.
