I was tasked with the creation of two factions for Oxide Games' "Ashes of the Singularity" where much of the aesthetic was derived from the building designs. Once these were taken care of, much of the vehicle design followed. This was an interesting challenge as the two factions had roughly equivalent buildings, but there were also neutral buildings that needed to have an amalgamation of the two aesthetics. Much of the color choices were to be made far down the line so I was directed to focus more on form rather than color for the sake of expediency.
